Terms & Conditions

At Minneola Referred Ride, we pride ourselves on providing a premium, reliable, and stress-free transportation experience. By booking with us, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations and Confirmations

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation via email or text. Please double-check your pickup time, date, and flight details; Minneola Referred Ride is not responsible for errors in the information provided by the Client.

2. Pricing and Gratuity

  • Quotes: Rates are based on the itinerary provided at the time of booking.

  • Gratuity: Unlike many services, we do not automatically include gratuity in our fares. Gratuity is entirely at your discretion and is a wonderful way to thank your chauffeur for exceptional service. If you prefer to have gratuity pre-added to your invoice for convenience, please let us know at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can be unpredictable. To manage our schedule and protect our drivers' time, the following policies apply:

  • Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be refunded, minus a 5% administrative processing fee to cover credit card and handling costs.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to a charge of up to 100% of the total fare.

  • No-Shows: If a passenger cannot be located or contacted within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup (non-airport) or after the grace periods listed below (airport), the ride will be billed at 100% of the fare.

4. Airport Wait Time, Parking, and Tolls

We actively track all incoming flights. To allow you time to collect your luggage, we provide the following grace periods starting from the moment the flight lands:

  • Domestic Flights: 45-minute grace period.

  • International Flights: 60-minute grace period.

  • Extended Wait Fees: Once the grace period expires, additional wait time, airport parking fees, and tolls will be assessed and added to the final fare.

5. Road Conditions and Service Access

Minneola and the surrounding Clermont area feature unique terrain. To protect our high-end SUVs and ensure the safety of our passengers:

  • Inaccessible Roads: We reserve the right to refuse pickup or drop-off if a location requires travel on unpaved, severely graded, or narrow dirt roads that may be impassable for a luxury SUV.

  • Alternative Meeting Points: If a driveway or road is deemed unsafe or inaccessible by the chauffeur, we will work with you to find the nearest safe, paved location for pickup or drop-off.

6. Alcohol and Refreshments

  • Authorization Required: Consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited in all vehicles unless requested by the Client and authorized by Minneola Referred Ride in writing at the time of booking.

  • Alcohol Security Deposit: For all trips where alcohol consumption is authorized, a $300.00 refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be held to ensure compliance with our cleanliness and conduct policies.

    • Refund Process: The deposit will be released within 48 hours following the completion of the trip, provided the vehicle is returned in its original condition.

    • Forfeiture: Any spills, glass breakage, or violations of the conduct policy will result in the immediate forfeiture of the deposit. Please note: If professional detailing is required, a minimum $500.00 sanitization fee may be assessed in addition to the loss of the deposit.

  • BYO & Legal Age: All alcoholic beverages must be provided by the Client (Bring Your Own). In accordance with Florida Law, all passengers consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older. Minneola Referred Ride maintains a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking; if a minor is found consuming alcohol, the trip will be terminated immediately without a refund.

  • Client Liability (Indemnification): The Client assumes full legal and financial liability for the behavior of all passengers. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Minneola Referred Ride harmless from any claims, fines, or legal actions arising from the consumption of alcohol.

  • Chauffeur Discretion: The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse the consumption of alcohol or terminate the ride without refund if, in the chauffeur's sole judgment, any passenger becomes excessively intoxicated, unruly, or poses a safety risk.

7. Smoking and Vehicle Maintenance

We maintain a pristine fleet for the comfort of all our guests.

  • Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violation of this policy will result in a minimum $500.00 cleaning and sanitization fee.

  • Excessive Cleaning: Any spills (including alcohol or food), biohazards, or damages to the vehicle interior that require professional detailing or repair will result in a minimum $500.00 fee, plus the cost of any lost revenue while the vehicle is out of service.

8. Safety and Conduct

  • Child Seats: In compliance with Florida law, all children must be in age-appropriate restraints. Clients are encouraged to bring their own seats. If we provide a seat upon request, it is the Client's responsibility to ensure it is installed correctly.

  • Passenger Behavior: We reserve the right to terminate any trip without refund if a passenger's behavior is deemed unsafe, illegal, or abusive toward the chauffeur.

9. Liability

Minneola Referred Ride is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, road closures, accidents, or mechanical failure. In the event of an issue, we will make every effort to secure alternative luxury transportation for you. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle, though we will do our best to help you recover them.
